If you pay close attention, the shape does look like two twin mountains separated by a green valley. LEMO
Lemo Village, which is located in Tana Toraja, is a stunning destination because of its uniqueness. Lemo Village itself has the charm of an ancient cemetery located on a rock cliff with an incredibly beautiful view of the expanse of rice fields. There are more than 70 ancient stone burial pits attached to the walls and there are also tao tao (wooden statues) as a representation of those who have died and occupy the tomb.
LONDA
When we arrive at our Londa destination, we will pass through a gate when entering the area with stairs down, we will be presented with a view of rows of coffins from a distance. In addition to the coffins, there are also rows of tau tau, which are statues that resemble bodies buried in the caves of Londa Cave, which are approximately 1 km long. Londa also keeps the tragic story of a pair of lovers which has now become a folk tale which is often called Romeo and Juliet from Toraja.
KETE KESU
In this village, tourists can see the traditional Tongkonan houses which are neatly lined up and the traditional signs ceremony, which is a traditional death ceremony. This tongkonan house, which is estimated to be more than 300 years old, is occupied by around 20 families.
